Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

How was your run today?

Monday 3 November

We went to the track - we had it to ourselves with half lights from the football courts opposite, ( the club were on hill running on outer Stratford )

It was really windy up one side and warm and sheltered on the other - we only had ( 60 mins - 1 Hour ) in which we clocked 24 laps

It was fresh and refreshing - it was peaceful, it made me feel mentally good, that’s all I’m interested in - I know I cannot change much physically now

Wednesday nights coming club night is a grand prix race, there are 45 of us on the same track ( we’ll be on outer lane ) it’s 1 hour of clocked and counted lap running for those who wish to see how many laps they can run in one hour -

Well, you can imagine - I pushing Phillip am just relishing it

I am going to kick almighty Arse !!!

2.64 very enjoyable miles from the office up and around Stocks Farm. Mild - I was fine in shorts and tee shirt.

The farm looked somehow forlorn and unloved. It was also rather over-run by pheasants...

16.3 mile long run this morning. Drizzly, perfect temp, autum along the Greenway, which is a disused railway line, perfect:)

Great club run last night - only 6 of us out on a cold and frosty night (first one doing bambi like slipping in the high school car park!). Very slow 6 miles in an hour. Great recovery pace for me and it was fun chatting and encouraging some of the new runners.

Like the sound of that one Dave A :)

On manoeuvres in Crosby on a cool, dry, dark morning that was created for running.
