Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

1500ft of uphill in 2.5 miles (and then the same back down, surprise, surprise). In the clag the whole way - visibility almost nil, ridiculously muddy, so wet you just would believe it, drizzle all the way (at least the pelting rain of the previous 24 hours had eased) and a bit of a sharp headwind at 2200ft on the summit plateau.

PB ascent time and under 50 miutes in all.

Absolutely brilliant.

Well done Jen!

I did another 3 miles tonight - two nights in a row, and so far, no pain... :)

Run home.....nice and relaxed, even with the shopping in my rucksack.

3 x 2 miles target pace 12-30 ... started with 11-58 !! then deliberately slowed gradually to 12-08 then 12-15 but all far quicker than intended.

Am coming back from injury and I did five miles, taking it easy with a bit of walking and did it in 55mins. Few twinges but no screaming agony.
