Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Much appreciated
felt heavy-legged,like my legs were't my own. I was happy to just be doing a slow run. The pace was faster than it felt. Returned home and felt better than I have for days.

Od course I then go and spoil it all by staying up late, drinking too much wine and then staying up even later to drink even more wine.

Phew!! Rest day. Aching a bit in my chest after strenuous bike ride yesterday. Hockey tomorrow night & then a longer run on Saturday afternoon to run off the stress of Tesco on a Saturday morning. Sunday's gonna be fun - Merrick with the kids :-)

Well done LL - that's awesome

Changed the monotiny of my daily run to work by doing it in 5 min intervals - 5min easy followed by 5 min at 5k pace. It felt good. Prob helped that the sun was shining

Good work LL :-)

Just done a 4 mile tempo run with 1 mile either side for warm up cool down.

Enjoyed it greatly! Managed 7.17 min miling even with a 1:10 hill of 3/4 mile in there. Feeling on top form and ready for Sunday now. Rest and carbs now... :-)

Today's run? non existant because yet MORE time wasters round to view the house, so yet MORE time apent cleaning and gardening rather than going out for that 7m steady as per schedule.

A couple of colleagues of mine started running 7 weeks ago with an aim of hopefully doing Cardiff HM. Today I took him out for his first ever 10k run. Went well, he got round fine. The other one did his first ever 10k last weekend.

On the back of good runs I managed to get them to send off their entry forms today.

Make room Gobi, looks like I could have another two for your collection.
