good point R, I'm in Derbyshire too. I set out to do intervals last night, (with small furry training partner, intervals always flumox her) Anyway, legs felt really heavy after hilly run on Sunday so did 1.5 mile warm up. My Garmin is set on 0.25 mile splits and cant be bothered to change but this is not the best for intervals as recovery is too long....... I did promise myself that I would not 'cheat' and did the efforts as they came, hills and all. Only managed 4 sets which were inconsistent, maybe should call that one fartlec and do my intervals in the gym. Training partner made a new friend tho - which is nice.

I've been here you know! I've seen them you know. We have some hills here too. The last twent yards of the race in Sefton Park last Sunday was uphill. A very cruel thing to do I think.
