Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Good for you UD! :)

Mine was a nice 5 mile easy run this evening, would have been easier without the wind! :)

The hardest run I ever did was my 19:59 5k PB short races are always the hardest no time to recover from a bad start.

mine was 20 miles of hilly trail. It was hard, I ran out of glycogen and started stumbling around with double vision for the last couple of miles, was more fun than yesterday's 15 though :-)

13.1 miles with a bunch of other folks (about a thousand of them). Legs felt tired but only because I was trying to go really fast. Missed out on a sub-90 minute time by one hundredth of a second according to my watch.

*Oh cruel world*

Still, there's always next time! And hey, it was a PB, so I'm still pretty chuffed. Anyway, I kinda like round numbers.

22 miles, but seemed to struggle from 16 onwards. One of the hardest.
