Put it off till 1pm as looked so grim out.Held my nose, jumped in & it was fine. Longest run for a while. Windy in places but rain started just as I got back to car & managed to get into car before it poured down :)! Relaxing forest run.

Windy and sunny around Bushy Park. Delighted to feel boingy after last Sunday's marathon. Think I saw Craig Mottram again. Pity the bloke on the bike keeping up with him. Just returned from being caught in a hailstorm with the scottie dogs!

I ran 20 miles today and it was very windy and cold, so glad to get this long run out of the way, it's actually my longest ever training run and l feel quite smug at the moment even though a bit painful towards the end. I felt okay after this run, so different to last week when l felt sick and had to lay down for a little while and have a snooze.
