Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

11 slow miles with friends in about 23 F temperature. Better than yesterday's run, though - although ripping my right arm off and throwing it across the room would also have been better than yesterday's run ;-)

West Yorkshire Plodder
Legs were like lead due to cycling yesterday - nearly packed it in on the hill (first three miles was uphill) but dug deep and chanted a mantra! ("coiled spring - coiled spring - coiled spring") Actually ended up on pace, but with erratic splits. (6.2 miles done, should have been 7)

Part two successfully completed last night another 8 miles @ 7.30 miling was the plan cruised around in 7.18s :) Sunday evening runs seem to suit me very well judging by the past two weeks.

Superb I managed to get a proper long run in !!

23.8 miles comfortably inside target pace of 8 minute miling :) it felt suprisingly comfortable too considering it was easily my longest run for about 5 months
