Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Did a 1.3 mile time trial at club. Did it 18 seconds faster than last time and worked it out at a 9.33 min/mile :-)

Surprisingly sweaty. I thought it was cold when I set out, and came back with the pockets of my gilet stuffed with most of what I'd been wearing.

But OK. 10 miles, just a notch harder and a little faster than yesterday's 11-miler :)

Slow and steady run on treadmill (5K in 30m:00s)

Easing myself back into running after a weeks rest following persistant back and hip niggles. It was a little stiff for the first 5-10 mins then everything seemed to relax and all went OK. Breathing was great, since the run was a slow one I decided to do the whole run breathing through my nose in an attempt to keep the body relaxed, this seemed to OK as well.
