The first half was a lovely autumnal gambol, followed by a tortuous 'crawl' home. Not quite as planned (especially given the lovely 18 miler, only 2 weeks ago). Hey ho, with my birthday celebrations this week (ie BEER) plus a reduced weekly mileage, I can complain. Taper starts today and off to Australia tonight with work, till Thursday. Nice weekend all

Oct 2007 6:53pm, 19 Oct 2007 4,601 posts	Quote Pin A cracking 5.5 miler around the Great Orme, with fantastic views over to Anglesey and across to Conwy. Last hilly run before Snowdonia marathon - seemed to motor up the main climb - hopefully bodes well for the race
