Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Better. It still hurt but I was 2 minutes faster over the 2 miles than I was on saturday.
Another week or 2 and hopefully I'll be fixed.
So good to get out there though, pain or no pain.

first run after a months layoff thru injury, was ok. 2 miles, maybe should have done just 1 mile.

first run in weeks and weeks due to injury. Managed a very slow 8.5 miles at 9.44 pace. GSR is now an LSR as opposed to a PB attempt

Great :-) Long run pre HM, felt comfortable. Sunny day, country roads, brambles by the roadside, views to the mountains. Felt a bit sorry for those stuck in the city who don't have these things.

Ran home at rush hour for the first time ever. Running as transport now, in order to get home from work. The smell of diesel from the various buses was a little offputting. Slow, but still a minute per km faster than I used to run.

Absolutely gorgeous! The stars were out, the air was crisp: weather like that makes getting up early worthwhile. 8¬)
