Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Glad to get this one out of the way, i've done this the week before some of my previous marathon and i think it has done me good, here's hoping. This was as tough a 13 i've done. Even had a 'pit' stop at about 6 miles and ended up running the last 7 mile at about 10 secs faster each mile than the first 6, works wonders.

Glorious!

21.9 miles around Richmond Park. Saw DIYDiva, Kirsty & Bertie coming the oposite way on my 1st lap, met my running club for lap 2, and then met and tagged along with Hollywood & Shiraz for lap 3.

Going back to bed now to watch Pan's Labarynth & rest my tired feet

I think it was the best ever :-)

On the way to meet up with fellow Fetchies, there doormats in the middle the road?? Kirsty and I think there were about 6.
...a brush with the law?
...naughty on Saturday night so they'd been shown the door?
...discarded, so today is started with a clean slate?
...or had they been given the brush-off?
There's some strange goings on in 'nam on a Saturday night ;-)

A nice run met up with Boo and Snaps for the Croydon 10km. Perfect weather and despite feeling a bit tired due to high mileage in preperation for Luton managed a PB.:)

A very cheeky 4.24 to Richmond and back. Lovely morning sunny and cold - stopped for a quick chat with DIY diva who was cycling back from Richmond Park after a run with Charlie and some others. Nice morning for it.:-)
