Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Nice, lovely day and not much traffic on the roads (mostly country lanes) :-)

Had a funny thing happen on the way back, 2 guys were stood outside their car and asked me if I was turning into the lane. I said yes and they replied "could you take a breather a minute...my girl friends just going for a wee!" ha ha...So I just ran up and down a few times until she returned.

Ace! 5.61 mile loop, fastest ever for me round this - picked it up after first mile as was feeling good - hit 194bpm and overall pace 9.20 - inclding an 8.20 mile! Best I've done for a while, all the tri training must be helping. Good blast before my 10 mile cross country race from hell next sunday. Felt a slight under foot pain though which i really hope isn't a P-doo dar...

Heyup Jude! Sounds like you had a nice one. Try rolling your foot over a bottle or similar to massage it. I hope it isn't pdoodah too! :-)
