Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Welcome Mrs Winkle.

Today's run (planned treadie intervals) didn't happen thanks to my doing my 'a*se over t*t' impressions at the station. Could have been a lot worse but now have a grazed and swollen knee and a really very uncomfortable chin/jaw.

Hum ho, elegant I'm not!!!! ;)

No run *again* due to nightmare journey home from work, thats 2 nights on the trot now. Took me 5hrs to drive 80 miles thanks to M40 being closed, took me 3 hours to to 2 miles ! Gah !

Tomorrow I WILL go out, even if it's the middle of the fekkin night. :-)

FANTASTIC! New physio gave me a support for my foot problem and told me that running would enhance my recovery so I could run without ANY anxiety! And the bonus? It was raining! Very comfy!

Actually,my legs were stiff from 10m on Sun and 6m on Mon but I didn't care.

No more running till Thursday now. Bah!
