Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Not sure if vanish or stain devil have 'lungs' in the list of things they remove, so just as well... Did 6.5m, felt a bit hard towards the end, GOT to shed some of the stone that's crept on in the last year to get back to fighting fitness. Oh, and I saw a horse being led round some side street in the West End. Random. Not as good as the alpacas reported yesterday!

I got up stupidly early and ran through the New Forest with the original intention of running from Brockenhurst to Lyndhurst. Got lost though and ended up back at the campsite after only 5km...oops.... saw two deer though, made a good change to running through the streets of London...gorgeous morning!

A slow 8.17 miles followed by a a faster 7.95 miles on much the same route. 10:17 pace and 8:17 pace respectively or thereabouts. Hilly course with about 1150ft of Garmin climb for each lap. Loved it! :-)

Just did a 5 miler. Much better than the last run I did on Saturday. I am calling it a confidence booster run, although it has helped a bit, I still need to boost it a bit more.
