Calves very very heavy indeed, and almost cramp like. Never had cramp before. Although I did stop as I saw some Llama looking animals. Lovely things, and made me smile while I stretched out my poor calves. :- (

Long long necks, but I think they were a little taller than the pictures show. Very very friendly they were, they came up to the fence to see me, but I did not touch them. I must run past them at lest twice a week, just never noticed them due to the bushes round them, but because I stopped and pulled in off the path I could see them. They were nearly all white with a couple of brown ones. Sorry... back on topic!

Felt better than expected on a short impromptu run this evening, going for a longer one tomorrow, gradually building up distance again after the post-holiday lull.
