Longest run ever! 8.39 miles. Stopped at the houses of parliment.

A lap of my home town.... nice to get back in the swing of it. And it was not too horendous following a month off either! I may just do the Chalfont St Giles 10K next weekend..... it has styles!!!

Similarly, a lap of Richmond Park this morning, but prob later than you PB? Slept in - so didn't get up there until c. 10.30... warm but lovely cooling breeze, easy running round to the ladderstyle hill then pushed the pace home, last 4 miles @ MP minus 10.

Rest day but couldn't resist trying out my new trainers. Seems to be a pretty quick (for me) 2 miles but still got niggles in my left ankle. Hope it's just adjusting to the 2 new pairs of trainers and not the return of the tendon trouble.
