The plan pop a few chockies in peoples pressies.... that is what I did with the first few ..... I bet you can guess the rest! Anyway back on it - even though I found coachies giant crumpets! they're 5 points each but so, so worth it - I have managed two personal training and a big spinning session this week and I am trying hard to move more - I work from home a couple of days and I am pretty much sat in front of a pc from 8 am until 6 some days.....
