Am relaxing a bit over this next week - 3 parties and the big day lol but will be back on it with bells on after.

The significant birthday is in June and I will be at goal by then.

How are we doing folks?

+1 for me, haven't been logging on mfp, thought I was doing OK without, but obviously not!

More care needed this week, damage limitation rather thanany idea of losing over the next fortnight.

I've moved into damage limitation mode for the next week to ten days too RH, too many social things going on to expect a loss but I'd like to not gain too much

I also have still been absent from mfp this week. Struggled to do it properly since my weekend away - I think I've slipped into that "lets get Christmas out of the way and then get back on it " headset. Need a boot up the bum I think!!

STS for me. I've burned more than I've eaten according to MFP and fitbit, so it will eventually drop off if I don't go mad this week (18 miles this morning will hopefully help, but I love mince pies and christmas cake and christmas pud). Still maintaining below the plateau that it took me ages to bust through, so I'm quite happy, and my clothes are definitely looser. The 22-day Revolution thing helped kick-start things, but it was a bit dull and repetitive. I'm kind of making my own up using similar principles, planning it all out and then I'll get onto it when I get back from my parents' after Christmas.
