BCAAs aren't worthwhile. I think their main market is intermittent-fasting bodybuilders who are told that a dose of BCAA before exercising will generate muscle protein synthesis but has insufficient calories to compromise the fast period. The evidence suggests that there's no role for them although the theory about necking a dollop of leucine sounds persuasive.

Why not treat the build up to Easter - as a chance to celebrate and embrace NEW THINGS - that's what spring is about after all.
