Feeling quite queasy at the thought of those biscuit/toast teas

My newt today is the same as Sharkie's yesterday - Creatine capsules arrived yesterday pm and I started with them this morning.

Wondering what others think of BCAAs, was tempted by those, but didn't succumb this time.

Been wfh for 47 weeks

Been in office 3 times (15-20 mins max each time) inc today

Lent has a special and specific meaning to Christians but has become an secular season of denial and hair shirting that serves no positve purpose. No chocolate, no booze, no -er - other stuff.

Why not treat the build up to Easter - as a chance to celebrate and embrace NEW THINGS - that's what spring is about after all.
