Nice one Gus - that's a cracking time. Got to say i liked the extra climb at the end when i run it a couple of years ago. In saying that i'd never run the old route so it was just the course to me!! SM6 - rest the ankle and get to the G24 fresh ready to get 100+. I'm sure we can do peroni during the race like i did 2 years ago

Think it's more of a prevention of groups or individuals training on the route in the coming months for the race whilst the NHS in the area is small and wouldn't be able to cope if medical attention was required!
