well it is a good question kaysdee, 'dad' was picking the son up from school once a week and walking him up home, by which time parents would be home and he got picked up to go home, but who is to say. I guess they have to deal with the fact they've put him at risk and we have to all pray he doesn't suffer. I know they have been super careful but it just takes that one slip doesn't it.

Hopefully Roberto is picking up but not heard from him today and hope the CPAP helps scary times indeed.

So by all accounts uncle picked J up from school took him home. Cousin had a shoulder op and husband needed a hand to remove oven (which had died) and fit new one. So he did that when he got there. Was in house 1-1.5hrs. They have got her parents for childcare but don’t normally go in the house.

While youngest at nursery had covid positive on the Thursday, eldest sons school has also so the infection has to have come from school and unfortunate that it happened that one time. Because of him going through chemo they have been super super careful. We now have to pray his immune system can fight it.

gg that's really unlucky.

A covid funeral today. All a bit odd going in and moving the chairs so we could sit with whoever else was in our bubble. Masks do reduce the need for tissues, although very hard to read how someone is feeling with them on.

Hi all.

Felt ok when I woke up but headache came back today and has stayed all day. No real change, its just constant. Sleeping better with the pills but exhasted by about half 3/4 in the afternoon.

Got my doctors note for 2 more weeks.

Hope everyone else is doing ok. And hope your sister recovers soon Macca.

Ahh Roberto I feel for you I remember I had days there headaches were debilitating. While I’ve got off lightly I am struggling with pains in my legs it’s like DOMS from a hard workout or indeed the hilly & thousand steps ultra. I’m managing slow runs and walks and grateful my lungs seem ok. But I still feel tired easily I could have had a nap after my call finished at 3 today.

Just sleep rest and recover Roberto.

I must not have many friends (I've certainly only got a very small family), but I know only one person who has had it (well two, his partner as well). And his was a bit of a nasty cold/flu like symptoms and loss of taste. Less than 10 days.

I wonder what proportion of people have been actually touched by it and how directly (death, serious illness, long term illness, any symptoms, positive but asymptomatic, or no encounter or knowledge at all)?
