Put a velcro strap around the wheel & frame & carried it that way Phone call to dealer said to bring it in which isn't that convenient. Anyhow upon closer inspection the rear mudguard had somehow shifted and not following the curvature of the rear wheel anymore hence blocking the descent of said seat post. Pushed it back into alignment & job jobbed. A small victory for my admittedly limited fettling skills.

AdrianB1066 Jul 2022 5:35pm, 15 Jul 2022 9,245 posts	Quote Pin AdrianB1066 It's a great idea to carry a bit with you. I got around 20 or so ties from 4cm for cables to about 30cm for about £5 and always keep 3 wrapped around the frame. Good as well to stop the cables rubbing the paint off to boot.

Any tips for a first time owner ?
