Haha, I don't get that, if it's nice enough to turbo outside the why not go for a proper ride. But then again, it may be a cunning way of supervising the kids and getting a training session in!

I've known a few people (YP included) who've Zwifted in a car park before a race. It's a good way to get a structured warm up in if you're racing somewhere where warming up on the road/course isn't possible or optimal.

MudMeanderer often turbo or rollers before a race but could imagine being arsed to zwift it
