+1 for Train Smarter. I've also signed up to one of their running technique workshops and will report back if I remember...
I also download Marathon Talk and The parkrun Show but haven't listened to either one in ages... only because my current LSR listening is ploughing through nearly 10 hours of "Ministry of Sound - Trance Anthems." I have no idea how the economics work of that much music for about £8, but I'm enjoying it!

I couldn't get on with the parkrun show. I like Marathon Talk though. Will look into the ones suggested on the prior page.

I've fallen out of love with the parkrun show... and I struggled to listen to the interview on last weeks Marathon Talk as the woman was annoying me, but normally it's excellent. I'm just downloading some of the other suggestions, although I don't think the latest issue of Train Smarter on "Pre & Postnatal Exercise Guidelines" will be much use to me

Parkrun show can be a bit infantile and a lot of in jokes
I enjoyed the interview on MT last week with that lady

MT is a bit like Wittertainment. Two people I like, nattering. Works for me.
Actively dislike the parkrun show. Sorry.

I downloaded Ultra Talk (linked on Marathon Talk), but it's a bit too ultra for me - short ultra was 150 miles and long was 500+ And it's all world record holders. Which is fascinating, but I'd like it to be a bit more like Ultra Tales magazine (by our own Avon) and be real people and real race reports. Hmmm. :-)G

Radio is broken in my car. But I've got a wee bluetooth thing plugged into Aux, so I can listen to whatever's on my phone. Yes please - Ultra Tales podcast (could be new and different content, not just same as in the wonderful magazine). Err, suspect making a podcast is rather a lot of work tho! :-)G

I think Mr DonG and Kevski found that it was, G. I think it must be hard to justify unless you're getting some sort of financial return. Holding down a job and doing the podcast and fitting in family and running and other commitments is a tough juggling act. Martin and Tom seem to do it as part of their working life, which is great, but not everyone starts from that position.
