Oh. My. Goodness.
Tricep dips weren't too bad (especially when I brought my feet in a bit!), but planks.....aaaarrrggh. And worse still.....WALL SIT AAAAARRRRGGGHH!!

Christmas Eve can't come soon enough ;)

Day 11 done. Shaking much less in the side planks now, but the wall sit still seems to last forever! For anyone racing that took me 7:50 (with no time for reflections!). Presumably the race is a time trial, ie we are not going to try and all start at the same time?
