Day 11 done. Those tricep dips really got my elbows! I did it with bent knees which I found slightly easier on the joints.

Well when I was first shown them by a personal trainer, a bit like planks and press-ups with the knees down, he said if bent knees meant you used your triceps correctly in the dips, that's what you should do :)

For each exercise, I look on tinterweb for a beginners version; there are various modifications for each exercise so - as long as it is hitting the right muscles - it's unlikely you would be cheating on any, Alice.
