Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch
or for an ad-free Fetcheveryone experience!

Yep - fine with me, I will also aim to keep with good technique - it's more a case of moving swiftly to each set - I have got quicker!

I really should not leave this so late to do. Can happily tick off day 10 now though :)

I really like the fact that everyone is happy to do their own challenge and adapt as necessary. This challenge has really made me think about some body parts that don't get used much on the Wattbike!! :)

It's a great challenge and I've really enjoyed mixing new and old exercises together. I'm intrigued about days 11 and 12.

PH: two lunatics don't always add up to a sensible person. It looks like we're tied - on the lunacy. Well done on the 1000 miles too.

The ultimate lunacy would be to do all 12 days, in order, on day 13...

Day 10 complete and all caught up with the wall sits and planks!

I dread to think what’s coming up. I thought of an exercise but I don’t want to give young Flying Scotsman any ideas!

Yes, I'm keeping my predictions to myself too, GKP, for the same reason!

Unless we get amnesty if our suggestion is used?

Still not worth the risk though :-)

Too risky. With either 11 x 2 days or 12 x 1 day of them to do, I'm not chancing it 😅
