Really pleased with this as a 5mile PB (if it counts cos I did measure it slightly short) and a minute PB for this course.Grim weather-constant rain tho cant moan cos can't remember last time I raced in the rain.However really enjoyed and there were some great runs out there today .Good to see Orla back even if she did go past me with 400m to go!Brilliant run by Rachel and also Ellie and kelly to score and seniors and juniors were 2nd on the day! Good meet in pub after with lots of cake!
