Felt pretty strong to start off but the last 2.5 miles were a bit more of struggle. Legs tired.
Right shoulder and hamstring a little tight - usually happens with too much sitting and I've had some longer work days recently. Will be rolling and stretching and yoga-ing - that will do the trick
