Gimme medals was so right with her comment on Rosehips blog: I don’t mind the rain as long as it is dry when I go out
First chunk was in sunshine and on flattish road
Next section included taking off my long sleeved shirt because I was too warmed up to run in both that and my jacket and it was starting to bucket it down
Made it up steep hill 5 sec at time then stopped for walk till breathing settled down
