Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

bj Not really PB territory. Good conditions and well marshalled though some of the traffic could have been a little more considerate!

Quite fancy the full marathon next year!

flanker by the watch. At 9 miles was cruising and loving it, feeling really good and on track to smash PB. Knee gave up the ghost at 10 miles and I lost a couple of minutes over the last 3 miles.

Crap start, but otherwise a superbly organised, marshalled and supported event.

Price is a ripoff though seeing as only a medal and banana at the end. Not even a sports drink.

Leg End With Ann, pacing her for her first sub 2 hr 1/2M. Worked really well. Slowest mile (uphill) 9:37, fastest 8:48, average 9:05. Faltered a bit at around 9-10 miles but managed to get the pace back. A brilliant effort. Ann very pleased with herself. Sally (first 1/2M) did 2:20 - very relaxed. Debby 1:55. Mike started, feeling unwell, but quit at 2 m.
