Larkfield Athletic Club was formed in February 2001. We welcome Triathletes, Adventure Racers, Road and Cross-Country Runners of all abilities.
Home of the Larks is Larkfield Leisure Centre in New Hythe Lane, Larkfield, Kent. We meet every Tuesday and Thursday evenings at 7.30pm for club training runs. Please visit our website for further information: www.larkfieldac.co.uk

Club Sessions
Tuesday
We meet at Larkfield leisure centre at 7.30pm. We do a 10kish tempo run. Every 3rd week we do 25 mins out and back.

Wednesday
We have a turbo session at the granary hall from 7pm - 8.30pm. Once its light enough in the evenings we get out for a ride on the roads.

Thursday
We meet at the leisure centre at 7.30 pm for a speed session. Hills, intervals, pyramid. etc. Some of us then swim with Larkfield swimming club from 9 - 10.
