About this parkrun
there are some things in nature that make people wonder what there purpose is. For some that’s wasps. For me it’s Egham Orbit parkrun.3 laps of a muddy field. Under M25. 3 laps of some wasteland. Under M25. 1.5 laps muddy field.

I wasn’t expecting to like this one but I did. A great team of very welcoming volunteers.

7.75 laps, what's not to love 😉
V. congested in second field if you are mid pack. Lovely welcoming team though.
Just be aware of level crossings if you need to get away! Down for nearly 15 minutes while 5 trains passed! 😱

Friendly and funny welcome to a route consisting of 8 laps. 3 on one side of the M25 and nearly 5 on the other

Go to the first timers briefing! 3 laps of top field, through the tunnel, 3 laps of the back field, through the tunnel, nearly 2 laps of the top field again. All on grass (road shoes were fine in April),lots of lapping but didn’t ever get too crowded

Nearly 8 laps on grass (remember "3,3 nearly 2") no hills but knobbly surface and a dark tunnel under the M25 so it's a bit noisy with background noise. Good fun with excellent intro from the RD. Easy parking, went to Eggham on Toast cafe in town.
