hellen PB, really pleased
intended starting a bit slower but managed to maitain the pace, more or less. Last 5 miles slowed down a bit but not drastically. Had some reserves of energy left at the end but not a lot. 100 Marathon Club, Barrow Runners 1:30:28 1:54:37 1:59:00 1:57:00 55.97

Nightjar First race. Excellent. Bedford Harriers AC, LDWA 1:37:01 1:42:51 1:54:00 53.44
Rich963 Was aiming for 1.30, so very pleased with that! The start is 5 min walk from my house, so I guess that makes this my home race. Started off slightly quick - was about 40sec up after 5 miles, managed to keep on pace until about 10 miles and then was hanging on at the end. Having the distance marked every half mile is a good touch. Will definitely be back next year. Stilton Striders RC 1:28:39 1:29:51 1:29:51 64.98
Runnig Dude Leicester Coritanian AC 1:12:05 1:12:32 1:13:00 1:12:32 83.34
Super Kev Good race on a flat course and great scenery. Ran a decent time as well. Pretty pleased Buckingham and Stowe Running Club 1:24:03 1:24:03 1:27:00 1:25:05 68.62
taulpaul Loved this race - found it pretty hard to maintain my pace but was worth it in the end as managed a new PB by a minute. Not completely flat but not too challenging either. Birmingham Swifts 1:33:28 1:33:28 1:33:28 62.78
ThorntonRunner Unaffiliated 1:28:07 1:28:32 1:32:39 67.40
Turbo doesnt count Let's see if the training for a full mara has helped the speed! Certainly did! Set off thinking of sub 1.45 with 1.40 as a wildest dream time so more than pleased with the outcome. Set off at 7.30s and wondered how long I could keep churning them out, the answer, 13.1 miles! Aldridge RC 1:32:30 1:36:30 1:40:00 1:36:30 62.64
Vi Ninety Day Challenge Burton AC 2:14:27 2:20:11 2:38:28 36.94
