There was no buggy. Just a child, a hog on a lead and a tail walker with no available path to overtake on. I left my typo in there. |

Carlisle parkrun was a toughie, very muggy and long hills. It was 3 laps on some paths but some grass. I really enjoyed it, I ran the first lap with a lady from Inverurie (also Aberdeenshire). It was shanksi's 100th parkrun.

Congratulations Shanksi I'm already looking forward to a long lie next Saturday . #249 done today and have a 2 week wait to do 250th so plans for next week haven't included a parkrun and then volunteering at Stoney on 3rd |
