Mine is supposedly Beachy Head marathon in 159 days, having removed everything else from my race portfolio. I don't know at this stage whether it will go ahead or not.
But what do you reckon will be the first UK-based running event to actually happen?

Pure speculation, but what about a Fetch Mile?

Earliest entered is the Fox Ultra which in September having been postponed from April, hope there will be some before that though!

It will be a very small fell race somewhere like the middle of the peaks or the lake district that has no advertising and is extremely low key, so low key in act, nobody will know it has happened except those that ran it. It'll be like fight club, and nobody will mention it. It has already probably happened.
I cannot see UKA sanctioning any race until the government says big sporting events can happen, not 50 or 100, or even 500 because nobody can guarantee numbers who will turn up on spec...so I think maybe late next summer, given a vaccine taking a year to happen and get widespread use, perhaps even next winter (2021), as the vaccine will be incorporated into that years flu vaccine.

I've a few trail marathons / ultras I have my eye on over the summer and into the autumn. I would expect entries to be pretty small for them all, and I'm not sure they are subject to a government body sanction in any event. All independent promoters so insurance is probably a bigger issue for them.
On the run from the Crum in October is a 24 hour race - format is to get as far (as the crow flies) from your start point within that period so in practice there would be minimal time spent with other competitors. Hopefully something like that would go ahead.
Northern Ireland is still pretty restricted as to what we can actually do - just done a quick sum and my last 488 miles have all started and finished at the house, so there are a few longer trails I'm looking forward to doing in lieu of formal racing when things loosen up here a little.
Also a few virtual races - looking forward to taking on StuH in July

Oh and Wrigs I think maybe 20 years ago there might have been some ‘underground’ fell races but not now

Won't be an FRA sanctioned fell race WS - they're now under the same CV-19 rules as UKA races.
We're hoping that BOF will allow us to start some low-key orienteering races later in the year - mainly because as long as we're allowed gatherings of <10-20, we can stagger start times etc to maintain social distancing quite easily.
Our biggest issues will (probably) be (a) equipment (e.g. flags in the terrain) and (b) cash. And some sort of entry system that means we don't go above numbers of gathering size that we're permitted.

I always thought orienteering was social distancing

The bloke who organises Tri-Adventure has pencilled in some events for June, July and August and they are quite orienteering-like and as DT says, by their nature are quite social-distancing. I don't think they'll happen though.
