I get loads of emails a day, several from the same people. Just saying "that email" gives me no information whatsoever and you know I'm just going to ask "which email?" to which you reply "the one about the chocolate teapot audit" and I say "which one about the chocolate teapot audit?" and then you say "the one she sent last night" and I say "which one she sent last night?" and you say "the one she sent at 5:34" and I finally find the one you're asking about and affirm that yes, I was sent that email.. wasting 5 minutes of everyone's time when you could just look at the bloody email, it has a list of all the people it was sent to/CC'd to, thereby answering your question very quickly and without hassle and faff.
