If you don't know what something is, you probably don't need it. No, I don't want to ask that person that question and I don't want to attend another Teams meeting to talk vaguely around the subject.

The BBC and ITV are both annoying in that way. Bring someone like Peter Marshall who did a pretty good job as a continuity presenter.
