He was previously thought to be part of a tax avoidance scheme which has now been sorted out and people thought he would get fast-tracked. I don't reckon his football career alone is worth the honour although he has done a bit for UNICEF. Given that a lot of people on this site have given a lot for the sport they love and raised a good amount of sponsorship monies in the process, why do the Beckhams think they are more important than the rest of us?
