In the process I found out that because I'm renewing, they're going to send me a new router - even though the current one is only 6 months old, and also theirs - and when I said that it's absolutely fine and I don't need a new one, their response was basically "tough - we're sending you one anyway". I can't be arsed to go around and re-programme all the wifi codes for everything again so soon, and it's not like I can just sell or bin the new one as under their terms the routers now remain their property. Such a complete waste.

I’ve never felt the need before to spend money on eyebrow grooming but now I think something will need to be done about it. I’m just not sure what.
