Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Drivers who don't turn on full beams when they leave a lit / urban area - thus continuing to drive very slowly on open roads.. ;-)

While we're at it. Drivers sitting with their foot on the brake pedal and blinding the driver behind with really bright brake lights.

No need, use the hand brake - and also an offence

What if you don’t have a hand brake PK? My last 3 cars haven’t!

If there isn’t a hand brake then there will be an auto hold or electronic park brake, so there shouldn’t be a need to keep the foot brake depressed to remain stationary unless the system has been deactivated.

Nope. My car has an automatic brake, I don’t touch a thing. The only way to take my foot off the brake is by putting it in park. Which is not necessary as the engine cuts out automatically if I’ve had my foot on the brake for a little while and am stationary.
