Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

What annoys me most is that every time it comes on I think it’s going to be a public information piece about the roll out of the vaccination...

That Ryanair advert reminds me of the Hale and Pace Yorkshire Airlines sketch, except that was exactly that ... a sketch and not a real thing!

Sigh
Ice, when it's outside on the pavements rather than staying in the freezer where it belongs :-)

Another one for ice, absolutely sick of it this week.

Also covid and those who don't care about it.

I had to laugh at the Ryanair advert, what a bunch of idiots. I bet there are many folk that have booked a holiday for Easter thinking they will get to go.

Even if this country's rules allow them to go on holiday at that point, how many countries will be willing to let Brits in?

Yes AR 😉 and exactly Carp.

I am nearing 40 (that sounds scary) and I don't expect my jab till the summer.

We're in group 9 (over 50's) and estimate that by the time they get to us, the first lot will be due their already delayed second dose so we'll be pushed further back.

Also ice

Also COVID

and the fact that we have a holiday booked in March- which is a postponed holiday from when COVID kicked off last March. we never imagined then that a year later it would still be looking highly unlikely...
