I get it, they want to be seen, but when we are running along unlit paths and trails and I am stuck behind them all I can see is the glare coming off the bloody hi-vis, everything else just goes black by contrast. End up either having to avoid them or running with my torch pointing at my feet or up in the air rather than forwards...

The spam emails, the news clips of punch ups over cheap telly's etc. Dear all - retailers know what they are doing. They are doing this because it makes them money, either by shifting unwanted/overstocked items or by artificially inflating prices so that the black Friday markdown looks better than it is. Ignore them, please, as it just makes them do it more....

Find that all I can see is the bright yellow vest and silver reflective strips on an otherwise black environment. Completely screws with my night vision... It would be fine if we were running on roads with street lights, but we weren't, we were on an unlit trail with nothing but the moon to go by, so (head) torches were needed.
