Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

I wasn't fussed about him either way before IAC.. started, but I quite like him on that.

Son's school asking for an increase in parents' financial contributions. Partly thanks to a degree of mismanagement by building a £600k sports hall that's still some way from being paid off.

I might not be too impressed if he woke me up to play the Midnight Game Show.

I wonder how many of those Midnight Game Shows can’t be shown 😀

I’m damn sure that he wouldn’t get the type of response from me that those shown give. I’m also sure that my wife wouldn’t set me up for it too.

Obnoxioul dog walkers - we had one deliberately set their dog to run across a very narrow footbridge just as 20 of us were coming the other way on our club weekend social run. The owner could have set off way before we got anywhere near the bridge - we could see them as we approached but they deliberately waited until we were all at the bridge and starting to cross and then sent their dog running straight at us as we crossed. Apart from anything else surely this is not in the dogs best interests to be surrounded by a mass of humans?

My hubby would never set me up for Midnight Game Show - he knows how I react if I hear the slightest sound in the house at night. If anyone came into the room to surprise me like that they'd likely get hit by whatever nearest heavy object I could find as I acted on auto pilot before I realised it was a game show!
