The quality of Londoners' life has risen by a point or two.

They used to leave you alone and now they’re talking ALL the fucking time. Before it would be a good 10 mins you were stationary before they’d bother telling you they didn’t know why and now it’s about 30 seconds. Train guards nowadays have verbal diarrhoea.

Having seen so many ticket evaders just walk off the tram or past inspectors when challenged, and having heard many youths boast about how they avoid being caught, I am tempted to raise a FOI request to see if the system really works.
