forever May 2022 7:49am, 16 May 2022 134 posts	Quote Pin forever I ran not the easiest 10 mile race this weekend in humid conditions which gave me a wava of 79.78. In two weeks time the result would have given me 80.83. A little consolation of getting closer to 60 !

No way could I get anywhere near as high for the distances you run, my legs take too long to wake up 😂 you are amazing!

I have run my best times in the company of 100 London teenagers (it seems!) in darkest Newham, (east end, London) in Jan and Feb each year. I am always the slowest woman in the slowest race so I have to keep my nerve running for a time! That was where I first met Asha Philip three or four years ago - fastest woman in fastest race, first time I EVER have asked anyone for a selfie!
