3.6 miles this morning to go pick up car. Wasn’t too bad a run considering a few drinks weee consumed last night.

5k on the lanes today. Nice and Sunny, but lots of standing water, so had to divert at one stage which wasn't a problem. Nice to be out in the sunlight for a change!

A very pleasant 5 miles ran at 08:30 in good company followed by Starbucks coffee and two slices of toast. This afternoon was a nice 21 miles of cycling in fine but cool weather. Pleased with the bike I’ve built. Only 7.6kg! I had to fit a new hydraulic shifter on Heidi’s and this was a test run for it. Working very well. Shifting gears very nicely for her now!
