Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Had one of those runs tonight when things come together... 10miles at 1.08.21.. average pace 6.50min/mile.

Sort of cross between marathon pace and tempo. From mile 7 I was starting to think about slowing up and mile 9 was the only >7min/mile. Felt like I was working but loved that feeling.

Maidenhead 10 for me today also.

Good to see you today Matt and sorry I missed you WW.

1.02.05 for me which I'm convinced without having to endure yesterdays travelling day and only 5 hrs sleep I would of bettered. Still a decent return and really enjoyed the course even if a tad windy in places today.

Average pace of 6.11 compared to my Reading half average of 6.15, hoped to be a tad quicker today but as i said a decent return.

Hope everyone is enjoying the Easter break.

Nice racing by the way Peacey & WW. And LouLou an awesome training run.

Untapered 10k race as a training run for me tomorrow. Not expecting too much, but I never do when I run 10k's.

Chi, I thought those Boston qualification times were fairly good. Good luck on the 5 miler.

How's Biastai getting on for Blackpool? Not heard anything from him for a while.

thanks BR, looking at the tables my most recent short run was in a 5k last month so equivalent time assuming I am running no worse than then is 31.30 so I will set that as a goal.
