Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Hope the testers go well mark. Maybe somewhere between your PB and sub 1:25 will be the pace to aim for.

I feel nervous because I've missed a few weeks running so I don't think I've given 100% to my training. But this last week have been feeling good. And I did a 5k race today and got a 2s PB, which I'm super happy with after having 3 bad 5ks over the summer. Not sure it equates to 1:30 but I'll give it a good go!

Sounds promising training must be working if it’s delivered a 5k PB

Super chuffed with 1:28:50 today! About 2.5min PB. Wasn't that confident going into it so the plan was to stick with the pacers. Felt really good and edged slightly ahead at half way then kept pushing. Never would I have thought I could run that sort of time.
